Our client’s vessel was awaiting orders for her next bunkering employment at one of the many busy working anchorages offshore Singapore when she was contacted by another vessel.
We were eventually able to establish zero fault on the part of our client’s vessel; and ultimately managed to recover a lump sum amount of US$120,000 towards the hull damage and related loss of earnings from the Owners/P&I Club of the third-party vessel.
